The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an interstate agreement that allows licensed psychologists to practice telepsychology and temporary in-person, face-to-face psychology in multiple participating states without needing individual licenses in each one. It facilitates increased access to care and applies to doctoral-level psychologists.

What this means for you

I am licensed to meet with anyone who is a resident of California or Virginia. I am also a PSYPACT Authorization Holder (APIT), which means I am also authorized by PSYPACT to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology with individuals who live in PSYPACT participating states.
